Scope
Creating an enterprise ready text to video agent from 0 to 1.
A text to video agent built from 0 to 1, covering concept development, system prompt design, and early product development. Customer interviews helped shape the product around real workflows and brand requirements. The system introduced brand design systems, enabling the agent to generate videos that stay fully on brand. Customers’ existing media libraries were integrated by analyzing and rating assets, allowing the agent to intelligently reuse owned content for higher quality outputs.

Built AI video agent from 0 to first 300 enterprise customers.
For initial customers we created their brand motion design system in code. This was slow, costly and led too friction during onboarding. We had to solve this issue to be able to offer the product at a competitive price point.
Impact
Reduced onboarding cost by 90%
I led an initiative to create our own motion template editor. This enabled our motion designer to ship without developer help, leading to faster onboarding, massively reduced cost and happier customers.
